Job Description

• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or senior leader in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

• Strong operational management experience with a focus on efficiency, cost management, and customer satisfaction.

• In-depth understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including logistics, customer expectations, and industry standards.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions in dynamic environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal teams, customers, and external partners.

• Experience with operational software tools and systems (e.g., CRM, booking platforms, project management software).

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and operational reporting.
