DAY 1 | ARRIVE BANGKOK
Arrive at Bangkok international airport, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Bangkok
DAY 2 | HALF-DAY ROYAL GRAND PALACE & TEMPLE TOUR
This excursion combines the three most popular Buddhist temples in Bangkok. Start the tour with a visit to the Royal Grand Palace, a great architectural masterpiece of several buildings from the outside and a magical inside, which was used as a royal residence from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. It is without any doubt a national reference and possibly the most visited royal monument of Thailand, which shouldn’t be missed. The building houses "Wat Po", Bangkok's oldest temple, in which is located the famous gold leaf-covered reclining Buddha. This tour includes also the temple "Wat Traimit" with its 5.5-ton Golden Buddha. On the way back you will have a chance to see many magnificent temples and architectural buildings, for example the City Pillar Shrine, National Museum, Democracy Monument, Golden Mountain, Thai Boxing Stadium and the Parliament House along Ratchadamnoen Road (The Royal’s Way). To round off the tour, we call in at a local lapidary factory and showroom where you will be able to get locally made jewelry, handicrafts and silk at competitive prices. Breakfast included.
DAY 5 | PATTAYA – BANGKOK AIRPORT – PHUKET
Breakfast, transfer to Bangkok airport for flight to Phuket (domestic flight not include). Arrive at Phuket airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Breakfast included.
DAY 6 | HALF-DAY PHUKET ISLAND
Breakfast, this half day program combines some of Phuket’s cultural and architectural highlights from once and the present. Arrive at Nakkerd Hill to visit the stunning “Big Buddha”. Enjoy a marvelous view over Chalong Bay and southern Phuket. Visit Wat Chalong, the most revered monastery of Phuket. Continue to Phuket town. From here, we will start a short walking tour around the historic quarter. The Old Town is the historical center where you can see many charming old and renovated buildings in Sino-Portuguese style, built by the late 19th century. Continue past modern Street Art Graffiti, walk along the street to see the wall paintings, which were created by local artists. They became a very popular spots for photo shootings. Stop for a refreshing coffee break before you transfer back to your hotel. Breakfast included.
DAY 7 | PHUKET DEPARTURE
Feast on a reinvigorating breakfast and time at leisure until you are transferred to Phuket Airport for onward travel to your selected destination. Breakfast included.
